When asked his profession, David simply states “I’m a developer of money”.
After successfully owning and operating 10 multi-family apartment buildings in New York City, David became an expert in Real Estate and using safe, positive leverage to build long-term wealth. Today he uses these same principles, coupled with some of the most brilliant financial minds, to provide a tax-advantaged package of wealth to his clients and their families that outperforms some of the largest commercial shopping centers.
David is a member of the American Tax Planning Institute. He resides in San Diego, CA with his wife and four children.
